You believe in YOUR MISSION! We do, too!
Brett MeyerPartner & Founder
Brett has a wide breadth of software engineering and management experience in multiple industries, including roles at Twilio, Disney, Red Hat, Raytheon, NBC Universal, and regional companies. He also enjoys public speaking on technical topics at both local and national conferences, as well as staying active in open source software communities.
His wife, Jenel, is an amazing and passionate ER/Trauma RN. She’s so much cooler than him. However, she did choose to marry Brett, which calls her standards into question…so there’s that.
Brett and Jenel play zone defense against a formidable yet adorable crew. The small humans are nice enough to let their parents feel like winners once in a while, but that’s all part of the game. (It’s also handy living with an ER nurse. Because reasons.)
Michael has always had a passion for serving others, volunteering, and helping organizations grow. In every position he has held, he has had a heart of a teacher to better the people and companies he served. Michael’s education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Digital Media Communications. His past career experience has been working in the non-profit sector, higher education, and growing small businesses.
Michael enjoys being a husband to his wife, Abby, and a dad to their 3 young boys. He also nails the dance to Billie Jean. Ask us and we’ll send you a video.
Landon BaerSenior Software Engineer
After Landon graduated from Huntington University, we were lucky enough to have him start with us as a summer intern. He absolutely knocked it out of the park and we’re grateful that he has already grown into a linchpin within our software engineering efforts! Landon is a rare breed, able to effectively juggle a wide variety of projects.
He’s a fan of Ohio sports teams, but we do our best to look past that. But it’s really, really tough. When not being absurdly productive, Landon plays soccer, dominates recreational volleyball, and travels with his wife (Kenzie, a travel nurse) and three-legged puppy (Luna).
Zelle CalinaSenior Consultant, Systems Development
Zelle’s education is based in medical research. She was sure she would be a doctor, but while others were preparing for residency, she spent all her time staffing fundraisers, contributing to community projects, and volunteering whenever and wherever she could. Following grad school, Zelle realized her spirit was only kindling as a medical student, but on fire when she helped raise over $200,000 for St. Jude’s. So she left medicine behind to continue serving others in a different way, supporting non-profits with her love of data science and unending desire to learn.
Outside of systems, Zelle enjoys playing video games, making art, and assisting wildlife conservation efforts.
Rasa JakubonytėConsultant, Systems Development
Rasa lives in Jackson, Wyoming with her husband and two troublesome cats. She has resided in the States for the past 7 years where she has worked in a variety of non-profit institutions including the Missouri Botanical Garden, Missouri Historical Society, and Teton Science Schools. Her experience ranges from donor relations to systems development and enabling non-profits to fulfill their mission by simplifying their internal processes.
In her free time, Rasa enjoys hiking, mountaineering, and all things outdoors. Except bears…she is mortally afraid of bears. She is also an enthusiastic supporter of human and animal rights and volunteers for organizations that focus on these efforts.
Matt JohnsonConsultant, Systems Development
With 20+ years as a leader for small businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurial start-ups, Matt has a wealth of experience on the systems and tools that bring an organization’s mission to life on a day-to-day basis. He thrives on opportunities to help organizations find right-sized systems, tools, & processes that bring greater clarity and impact. Matt’s a strategic thinker with a knack for connecting dots between people, organizations, resources, and plans.
While strategically wired, Matt is relationship driven and thrives in opportunities that help people grow through genuine connection. He’s a 4th generation Cubs fan, avid bourbon drinker, and wood-working hobbyist who enjoys downtime with his wife and two elementary aged kiddos.
Levi LehmanSoftware & Systems Engineer
Levi Lehman can pick up a missed call. When Levi Lehman does a pushup, he pushes the earth down. Levi Lehman can slam a revolving door. When Superman gets ready for bed, he puts on his Levi Lehman pajamas. Levi Lehman gets 4-wheel drive out of his bicycle. Levi Lehman doesn’t mow his lawn, he dares it to grow. When 911 has an emergency, it calls Levi Lehman. Levi Lehman can download hardware. Levi Lehman counted to infinity, twice.
And until Levi helps us with a better bio, the Chuck Norris jokes shall continue. Also, enjoy a random trumpet picture from high school.

Other than focusing on making digital world usable by everyone, Brian can often be found camping with his wife, Stephanie, and two daughters. And slowly smoking meat. As God intended.
