The other day, I noticed this quote in passing:

“Spend less time convincing those resistant to a change and more time empowering those interested in the change. Let momentum build.”

I can’t think of a more succinct way to describe the organizations and leaders we love working with. We typically run into nonprofits that fall into one of two buckets: 1) organizations resistant to new approaches, looking at technology purely as a cost, vs 2) organizations that recognize technology and data as vital to their mission and reach, paired with driven and passionate leaders.
